My name is Ernesha, some call me Dr. Smith or Dr. E, but you can call me whatever feels comfortable for you! As a dedicated holistic therapist, I specialize in helping you reframe your thoughts, reconnect with your core values, and break through the subconscious barriers that maybe holding you back. Whether you’re navigating the complexities of life transitions, tackling relationship issues, needing a boost in self-confidence, or healing from unresolved trauma and loss, my approach is tailored to address the roots of your challenges to improve your overall well-being. I have supported many of my clients through difficult life events, such as self-discovery, relationship challenges, divorce or a break-up, loss of a loved one, expanding your family, embarking on a new career, contemplating leaving an existing career, moving to a new place, and more.

 

I find joy in supporting my clients in their journey to create a path of healing, acceptance and self-discovery, with the ultimate goal of achieving optimal emotional well-being, as defined by you. Together, we will develop strategies that will generate feelings of well-being to foster emotional healing and personal growth. My clinical goal is to help you identify and utilize these resources and solutions in your interactions with others and inner self to create positive change in your quality of life and relationships. Together we can explore and identify these patterns, uncover underlying issues, and tend to the parts of yourself that require attention, in order to create lasting and transformational change.
