Vulnerability gets misunderstood. It's not about saying everything, sharing every wound, or being emotionally raw with anyone who asks. Real vulnerability is intentional — choosing to let someone see something true about you, in a relationship safe enough to hold it. That's the part no one teaches.

You may know how to keep going, calm everyone down, and "be grateful" yet struggle to tell the difference between disappointment and rejection, anger and fear, exhaustion and resentment. Emotional literacy starts with becoming specific enough to choose a response that fits.
