Meeting with your therapist before beginning services is one of the most important parts. You will experience what a session would be like in a 15 minutes confidential virtual session. All consults are scheduled.
Initial Assessment
Initial sessions are usually the most intense as your therapist is gather all insight that may assist in your therapeutic process and can last up to 90 minutes.
Therapy Concierge Service
Concierge therapy is an exclusive discounted services that allows us to work deeply with each person, providing specific care to your needs in a more convenient frequency. For a total of 4 session and unlimited confidential text support for a month.

Individual Therapy
Here is where the "work" happens. Psychotherapy sessions are 50-60 minutes. It is imperative all clients are punctual to ensure full sessions.
Group Coaching
Here is the opportunity to feel empowered by yourself and others. Not focusing on the problems, but explore ways to improve yourself with other liked minded individuals. This program helps you see amazing growth and momentum in their business and their personal life. Participants capacity not to exceed 30 participants.

Therapy is available for residents of Louisiana and Texas. Group Coaching is accessible to all states.

We currently can only accept credit/debit card as a form of payment.
*Alternative Healing has a credit card on file policy; however, initial consults remain free of charge.

Cancellation Policy:
​
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the “no show”/late cancellation fee.

Insurance:​​
AHLC accepts private pay, Blue Cross Blue Shield LA, and Aetna LA. Should you opt for out of network services we assist with reimbursement through monthly super-bills you can submit to insurance.
