Cancellation Policy

All services offered through Alternative Healing are designed to support personal insight, emotional awareness, self-reflection, growth, and holistic wellness. While facilitated by a licensed therapist, these services may be provided in a non-clinical, coaching, consultation, educational, or wellness-based capacity depending on the nature of the service selected. Participation in these services does not automatically establish a therapist-client relationship unless explicitly stated through a separate clinical consent and intake process. Services such as Discovery Calls, Pattern Clarity Sessions, Personal Integration Sessions, self-discovery consultations, and wellness-based support sessions are intended to help individuals explore patterns, increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional insight, and identify aligned next steps for personal growth and healing. These services are not a substitute for psychotherapy, crisis intervention, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or emergency mental health services. No diagnosis, clinical treatment, or formal mental health therapy is provided unless the individual is actively engaged in a separate therapeutic relationship with completed clinical documentation and informed consent. Optional self-discovery assessments, reflection tools, wellness resources, and personalized insight consultations may be included within services to support deeper understanding and integration. Any interpretation, feedback, or guidance provided is intended for educational and personal development purposes only and should not be considered a clinical diagnosis or replacement for therapeutic or medical care. To honor the time, preparation, and energy dedicated to each client experience, all services are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. Late arrivals may shorten the session length in order to respect other scheduled appointments and business operations. By booking and participating in services through Alternative Healing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
