I’m Dr. Ernesha Smith, a licensed therapist and holistic healing coach. I guide people from disconnection to wholeness by blending evidence-based therapy with holistic practices like somatic healing, breathwork, and sound therapy.
This work goes beyond talking about your experiences.
We focus on helping your body feel safe enough to release what it’s been holding so change doesn’t just make sense intellectually, it actually sticks.
Real healing happens when we address what’s underneath the patterns, reactions, and emotional exhaustion not when we pretend everything is fine.
