About the event
Many capable, responsible people find themselves carrying more emotional and mental weight than their nervous system can sustain. Over time, this can lead to overwhelm, exhaustion, overthinking, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others.
This workshop explores how the nervous system responds to long periods of responsibility and stress, and why pushing harder often doesn’t solve the problem. Instead, real healing begins through reconnection with your body, your needs, and the people in your life.
Together we’ll look at how carrying too much can lead to disconnection, and how small steps toward reconnection can begin building the capacity to handle life without losing yourself in the process.
